To link the right professional to the right business. Personnel Solutions will screen and evaluate potential candidates, conduct in person interviews and complete reference checks. Personnel Solutions will drug screen all employees. Background checks are done at your request. We know recruiting an employee can be extremely time sensitive. We arrange interviews and participate in all negotiations with the potentially selected candidate(s). We follow up with both parties to address any questions or concerns.
